Canadian Critical Care Translational Biology Group
Goals
-
To develop research projects that benefit from the diverse knowledge, expertise and constructive advice of the CCCTBG membership. In so doing, we aim to merge scientific rigour with translational research relevance (within constraints of feasibility and finances).
-
To develop and execute research projects which are investigator-initiated and clearly affiliated with the CCCTBG. Ownership of the intellectual ideas will remain with the investigator who brings the idea to the table and will not be used by others or given to others for development. In this way, all will feel safe to bring their ideas to the CCCTBG for further development without threat of losing their project to anyone else.
Membership
Membership is open to all who wish to participate in this cooperative venture. Annual membership fees will be set on a yearly basis in January. Fees are meant to cover the administrative operation of the CCCTBG only, not to fund research endeavours. Please note that these fees are separate from the CCCTG membership fees.
