Anna Gunz

Dr. Anna Gunz is a paediatric intensivist at Children’s Hospital and the University of Western Ontario

Dr. Gunz is a paediatric intensivist at Children’s Hospital and the University of Western Ontario. She is Director of the Neonatal Paediatric Transport Team, Associate Program Director of the Paediatric Residency Program, Program Director of Paediatric Critical Care Medicine and Co-Lead for Competency Based Medical Education, Department of Paediatrics.
Her research interests are in the field of transport medicine. Specifically, Dr. Gunz led a national consensus process to develop and define standardized transport quality metrics and is interested in working with a national team to develop a national paediatric transport database to facilitate future quality of care initiatives and other prospective research projects. In addition, Dr. Gunz has an interest in environmental sustainability, climate change and health, and is working on various advocacy projects related to this.
