Conall Francoeur practices Pediatric Critical Care Medicine and Pediatrics at the centre mere-enfant at the CHU de Québec in Québec City.

Conall completed his pediatric and pediatric critical care fellowships at McGill's Montreal Children's Hospital. He also completed an Advanced Pediatric Intensive Care Medicine Fellowship at the Montreal Children's. Conall then spent a year at the Children's Hospital of Philadelphia completing an Advanced Pediatric Neurocritical Care Fellowship before making his way back to Canada.

His research interests include pediatric status epilepticus, non-invasive neuromonitoring, and pediatric brain death. He is currently involved in a funded project involving intra-arrest NIRS monitoring in children.
