David Williamson
David Williamson, B.Pharm, M.Sc, Ph.D. is a Full Clinical Professor and Co-Director of the Clinical Pharmacotherapy Residency Master’s Program at the Faculty of Pharmacy of the Université de Montréal. He is also a critical care clinical pharmacy specialist at Sacré-Coeur Hospital in Montreal, Canada. He holds an FRQ-S Clinical Scientist research grant at the Sacré-Coeur Hospital Research Center and is a full member of the ERESI (Équipe de Recherche en Soins Intensifs) research team. His research program focuses on the optimal management of sedation, agitation, delirium and pain in critically ill and traumatic brain injury patients. His main research program, the MAD-TBI (management of agitation and delirium in TBI patients) program focuses on the optimal management of agitated behaviors in critically ill TBI patients. His other research interests include organ donation and coagulation disorders in the critically ill. Finally, he is also a collaborator a number of CCCTG supported projects.
