Jacques Lacroix

Jacques Lacroix is a professor, Department of Pediatrics, Université de Montréal. His main topics of research are transfusion medicine, pediatric trauma, and multiple organ dysfunction syndrome. He wrote 188 papers in peer-reviewed journals, 86 chapters, and a textbook in pediatric critical care medicine. He gave 261 invited lectures. He received more than $30 millions from granting agencies. He is the chairman of a research group on transfusion medicine in pediatrics, which is financed by the FRSQ. He is presently running the ABLE study, a large multicentre randomized clinical trial financed by the CIHR.
