Josie Campisi
I'm a Critical Care Research Coordinator with Research Institute of the McGill University Health Centre.
Having earned my BSc with Honours in Microbiology and Immunology from McGill University in 1999, I continued on with my graduate studies and earned a MSc in Immunology under the supervision of Dr. Nicholas Christou, a critical care physician, from the same institution in 2001. Following this, I took on a Research Coordinator position in the Clinical Investigation unit of the Royal Victoria Hospital. From there I went on to be a Clinical Research Associate in the Department of Oncology at McGill University. In the summer of 2006, I decided to venture into the Biotech Industry, working part-time while raising my kids. Ten years later, in 2016, I have come full circle back to academia as a Critical Care Research Coordinator with Research Institute of the McGill University Health Centre.
