Probiotics: Prevention of Severe Pneumonia and Endotracheal Colonization Trial - PROSPECT RCT a multi-centre trial
• Data collection from the bedside and from an electronic database
• Reviewing patients with clinicians
• Preparation of PROSPECT Study Product for shipment or delivery to centres.
• Training Research Coordinators at sites regarding outcome definitions, data collection, required source documentation, interpretation of source documentation, data entry and validation
• Maintaining the accuracy, integrity and security of a complex, large computerized record system (i.e. DataFax), which includes routine verification of data entered; flagging discrepancies/errors on CRF's
