Rob Fowler
Rob Fowler is the H. Barrie Fairley Professor in the Interdepartmental Division of Critical Care Medicine at the University of Toronto and chief of the Tory Trauma Program at Sunnybrook Health Sciences Centre.
Rob Fowler received his medical degree at McGill University, his residency training at the University of Toronto, and completed a critical care fellowship and Master of Science degree at Stanford University.
Rob’s clinical and academic focus includes access and outcomes of care for critically ill patients in a global context. He has assisted or worked with the World Health Organization during SARS, pandemic and avian influenza, Middle East Respiratory Syndrome, Ebola outbreaks in Guinea, Liberia, Sierra Leone, and the Democratic Republic
